Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Both male and female will be included 2. Health individuals will be included who does not have a specific disease or condition. 3. Restricted ranges of motion around hip joint

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute low back, neck and hip pain 2. Any neurological conditions (CNS, Sacral plexus and Lumbar plexus injuries) 3. Any sacroiliac joint dysfunction 4. Patients with any trunk and lower limb recent injury 5. Any lower limb deformities patient will be excluded 6. Any recent lower abdominal and spinal surgery 7. Female with pregnancy 8. Any lower limb fracture
