Intervention1: ACUTE ISOMETRIC HANDGRIP TRAINING: Unilateral isometric hand-grip exercise will be given in sitting position at 30% of maximal isometric contraction. 4 isometric exercise for 2 minutes

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal,elevated, stage 1 and stage 2 hypertension Both sedentary as well as recreationally active person Both medicated as well as non-medicated patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Stage II or more hypertension (SBP 160 mmHg or more and DBP 100 mmHg or more) Respiratory problem Arthritis Diabetes Neuro-muscular diseases Very active like current sports participation
