Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children admitted with malignancy in Bangalore Baptist Hospital undergoing painful therapeutic procedure(chemotherapy) able to comprehend and read in English, Tamil, Kannada

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not willing to participate in the study relapsed cases critically ill children with other systemic disorders, behavioral disorders& challenged children undergoing cognitive behavioral therapy
