Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients belonging to ASA physical status 1 and 2 patients consenting for study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient refusal patients belonging to ASA physical status 3 or more. any contraindication for the study drugs diltiazem, esmolol, lignocaine. pregnant and lactating woman. patients posted for emergency surgery
