Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients 15 and above only 2 Patients should be without physical dependencies or independent in taking medications 3 Consented to participate in the study 4 Patients must be able to return to follow-up at AIIMS 5 Patients must possess a smartphone. • Patients must be prescribed 2 or more drugs • Patients must be at least 1 year into treatment. Studies demonstrate linkage between medication adherence and duration of disease.1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Less than 18 years - patients with low IQ/physically dependent - Patients without Smartphones - No Consent from the patients

- Ability to adhere to the anti epileptic drug schedule with or without mobile app. Using 4 point Morisky, Green and Levine Adherence Scale - Assess Self Efficacy using Epilepsy Self Efficacy Scale (ESES)Timepoint: - study will be between February 2019 and end in May 2019
