Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Amateur Cricketers subjects involved in throwing and overhead activities playing cricket since 2 years with a frequency of 30 minutes thrice a week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of injury or surgery in the upper extremity or spine in the last 6 months complain of any pain in the upper extremity or spine any neurological condition bone disease wicket-keepers
