Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients diagnosed by a physician 2 Presence of capsular pattern (external rotation > abduction > internal rotation)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 No history of upper extremity injuries in the past 6 months 2 No history of surgeries of the arm 3 Open wounds, unhealed sutures, hypersensitivity 4 Generalized infection 5 Uncontrolled Hypertension
