Inclusion criteria: Case records of all patients â??admitted In surgical emergency >18 years with suspected sepsis Suspected sepsis is defined as â??â??1.Patients started on antibiotics â??â??2.Patients whose blood, pus, tissue bit have been sent for culture â??â??â??and sensitivity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: â??1.Any patient who is referred with documented organ failure at admission. 2.â??Incomplete data
