Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with MRS-0,1,2,3 and patients as well as their caregivers who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not consented patients, Total GCS below 12, people who cannot join follow-up
