Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 ACR (Clinical/Radiographic classification) criteria including presence of knee pain with at least one of the following three items along with osteophyte in knee X-Ray a.Age > 50 years old b.Morning stiffness c.Crepitus on active joint motion 2 Kellgren-Lawrence grading scale from 1-3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients age below 35 and above 60 year 2 Kellegren-Lawrence grading scale >3 3 Patients of knee joint pathology other than osteoarthritis 4 Patients with the history of trauma and accidents involving knee joint 5 History of intra articular injection of knee joint 6 Patients with systemic and metabolic diseases 7 Pregnant and lactating women
