Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Post natal mothers wih inverted nipples who are: 1. In day of delivery 2.Able to read and write English and Malayalam.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Postnatal mothers with other breast problems like cracked nipples and breastengorgement 2. Postnatal mothers ,whose babies are not at motherside.
