Inclusion criteria: All patients diagnosed and operated with fissure in ano.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Immuno Compromised patients

MeasureTime frame
Yavadi Gudavarti has significant effect as Daha and Vedana Shamak in post operative fissure in ano cases.Timepoint: Significant improvement in daha and vedana shaman in post operative fissure in ano cases from post operative day 0 to post operative day 5 in burning sensation scale for daha and NRS, VRS scale for vedana from Grade 3 to either grade 0 or Grade 1. Outcome will assessed daily from post operative day 0 to post operative day 5—

Yavadi Gudavarti does not have or has less effect in post operataive fissure in ano cases then Diclofenac Sodium Suppository.Timepoint: Yavadi Gudavarti has no or less significant improvement in daha and vedana shaman in post operative fissure in ano cases from post operative day 0 to post operative day 5 in burning sensation scale for daha and NRS, VRS scale for vedana from Grade 3 to either grade 0 or Grade 1 in comparison to Diclofenac Sodium Suppository. Outcome will be assessed daily from post operative day 0 to post operative day 5.—
