Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients of reproductive age group (18 to 40 years) 2) Married 3) Endometrial thickness 4) Endometrial thickness (Despite of other causative factors of abortions, recurrent ‘Missed abortions’ are because of low endometrial receptivity and poor quality of folliculogenesis, hence it is included in Inclusion criteria.) 5) Endometrial thickness 6) Primary or Secondary infertility with endometrium

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients Having: - 1) Congenital Uterine Anomalies 2) Patients with history of other types of abortions like mid trimester except missed abortions 3) Endometriosis 4) Adenomyosis 5) Fibroids 6) Ovarian Cysts 7) Grade 4 pelvic tuberculosis 8) Seropositive conditions, Hepatitis B & C 9) Thyroid disorders 10) Inflammatory conditions of endometrium
