Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the nursing staff, medical officers of casualty and the junior residents posted in casualty during our study period will be included in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: those who refuse to take part in the study

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of the following in the pre training and post training mock drills: Primary outcome measures: 1.time taken from call for help to initiation of chest compression 2.chest compression fraction Timepoint: pre-training mock drill ( approximately a week prior to the planned training) post-training mockdrill ( approximately one month after the training)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of the following in the pre training and post training mock drills: Secondary outcome measures 1.quality of CPR (including chest compression rate, hand position and depth, and breathing) 2.time taken for first shock delivery Timepoint: pre-training mock drill ( approximately a week prior to the planned training) post-training mockdrill ( approximately one month after the training)
