Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to participate in study by signing consent. Patients who are taking purgation therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients have no history of TB,cardiac diseases. Acute fever Pregnant ladies Lactating women Emaciated patients

The study will provides the information about the serum electrolytes-sodium,potassium,bicarbonates and chloride before and after purgation therapy.This observation will be helpful in establishing the safety of therapeutic purgation.Timepoint: 6 months
