Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index >= 25 kg/m2 enrolled at > 6 months to 2 years postpartum period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Likelihood of moving residence or getting pregnant in the next 1 year 2. Non-participating spouse 3. Unable to understand and speak Hindi 4. Type 2 diabetes as defined by ADA
