Inclusion criteria: Unable to verbalise or indicate pain by using a traditional verbal scale upon arrival in post Anesthesia care unit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with previous diagnosis of chronic cognitive impairment or neurological impairment Pregnant patients
