Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Post traumatic pouring wounds 2 Wound is greater than 2cm wide 3 Wound has been freshly debrided 4 Patients eligibility of NPWT in the opinion of the treating physician 5 Wound produces high levels of exudates 6 Patient has been maximally medically stabilized eg nutrition blood pressure blood glucose fluid balance infection etc

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pregnancy 2 Simultaneous participation of patients in another interventional study 3 Untreated osteitis or osteomyelitis 4 Not examined / unexplored fistula 5 Malignancy of the wound 6 Exposed nerves blood vessels anastomotic site

Measure	Time frame
To demonstrate the efficacy of Vacon in the treatment of post traumatic wounds in relation to healing time when the wound will be assigned â??ready for surgical therapy/graftingâ?? or â??completely closedâ?? based on the clinical wound evaluation in combination with the formation of healthy, granulating tissue.Timepoint: Day 4th 8th 12th and 16th Every 4th day till the wound is completely closed or ready for surgical grafting.	—
