Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Children in the age group of 6-12 years of either sex irrespective of cast, religion and socioeconomic status. 2 Patients having signs and symptoms of Pandu Roga resembling the symptoms of Iron deficiency anemia 3 Hemoglobin count >6.5 and

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Age below 6years and above 12years 2 Hemoglobin count below 6.5gm/dl. 3 Hemoglobinopathies Especially Thalassemias, Sickle Cell Anemia, Aplastic Anemia, anemia due to different genetic causes, Etc 4 Sprue syndrome. 5 Chronic illness like TB, CA etc. 6 Juvenile disorders like DM, RA etc.
