Intervention1: Whole body vibration after Resistance training during recovery: Exercises will be performed with an intensity of 50% of 1 RM, and resting intervals between sets and exercises lasted 90

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with pre hypertension (systolic B,P > 120 mmHg and diastolic B.P > 80 mmHg) 2. Subject with stage 1 essential hypertension (systolic B.P 140-159 mmHg and diastolic B.P >90- 99 mmHg)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with uncontrolled hypertension 2.Patient with left ventricular hypertrophy, recent myocardial infarction 3.No subject has a history of diabetes and kidney diseases
