Intervention1: Upper body resistance training exercise, Lower body resistance training exercises.: 2 DAYS/WEEK FOR 4 WEEKS , 8 to 12 repetitions, 2 to 3 sets for each exercise. 60-70% of 1 RM Control

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1. Patients with BMI of more than 25 and less than 30 2. Patients who are not enrolled in any training program prior to study. 3. Patients will be eligible to participate if they are ambulant. 4. Patients should be autonomically impaired.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History or evidence of cardiovascular disease (history of angina, shortness of breath, uncontrolled hypertension). 2. History or evidence of neurological disorder 3.Use of assistive device for walking 4.History of osteoarthritis of knee, amputation, scoliosis or any other significant musculoskeletal disorder in upper or lower limb Connective tissue disorder. 5.Symptomatic postural hypotension (standing up to 5 min). 6. Evidence of vestibular dysfunction. 7. Unstable proliferative retinopathy. 8. Vascular complications (venous or arterial ulcers) 9.If patient is clinically unstable at the time of study. 10. History of syncope on exertion. 11.Presence of co-morbidities that can preclude exercise training (for example, orthopaedic or neurological disease).
