Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patient fulfilling diagnostic criteria -Patients having the sign and symptoms of vatasthila ( BPH)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients suffering from malignancy, congenital deformities of urogenital tract or any other pelvic pathology. 2) Uncontrolled Hypertension 3) Tuberculosis (TB) 4) Paralysis 5) Parkinsonism etc.
