Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)age 18-70 years. 2)ASA I and II. 3)elective surgeries under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age less than 18 years. patients with restricted mouth opening. pregnant females. patients with restricted cervical spine mobility. tumours of oropharynx. oromaxillary and mandibular surgeries.
