Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. PLHIV with advanced HIV infection at presentation as defined by WHO guidelines ofJuly, 2017: i. Any PLHIV with CD-4 count ii. Any PLHIV with stage 3 or 4 disease. 2. Age: More than or equal to18 years. 3. Subjects providing written informed consent.
