Inclusion criteria: Age â?? Above 20 years . Sex - Either sex ,males for Vatastheela Patients with clinical signs & symptoms of Vatastheela & Mutrakrichchhra

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled Diabetis mellitus and hypertension Malignancy Age below 20 yrs Patient Ayogya for Basti in Classics.
