Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All biopsy proven Primary IgA Nephropathy patients admitted to KMC, Manipal with minimum 6 month follow-up during the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with secondary IgA nephropathy like those who suffered from systemic disorders lupus erythematosus ,henoch-schonlein purpura and chronic liver diseases .

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To determine Partial remission (urine protein excretion 3.5 g/day with 50% reduction from peak values, normalization of serum albumin and stable creatinine), Complete remission ( urine protein excretion 0.3g/day, normal serum albumin and serum creatinine), Doubling of serum creatinine, ESRD(end stage renal disease) and mortality.Timepoint: may 2019 onward at time of admission and 6 month follow up—
