Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All children between age group 1 month to 18 years intubated with cuffed Endotracheal tube and mechanically ventilated.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age group 18 year 2. Patients who were ventilated for upper airway obstruction / Upper airway anomalies. 3. Intubated with uncuffed endotracheal tube 4. Patients who expired during mechanical ventilation 5. Patients who were intubated at referral hospital
