Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female patients in the age group 25 â?? 50 years Patients with any of the following lipid parameters TOTAL CHOLESTEROL:200 â?? 239 mg/dl LDL Level :130-159 mg/dl TRIGLYCERIDES level:150-199mg/dl HDL level:35-45mg/dl VLDL Level:30-40mg/dl Patients with written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient undergoing treatment for high level lipid profile Patients with either of following parameters Serum cholesterol >240mg/dl LDL level >159mg/dl TRIGYCERIDES level >199mg/dl HDL level >45mg/dl VLDL level >40mg/dl Atherogenic index of plasma >= 0.1mmol/dl Pregnancy and lactation Patient with uncontrolled diabetes Known cases of medication for coronary artery disease cerebrovascular accidents Any type of malignancy renal and hepatic disorders hypothyroidism Patients on prolonged medication with corticosteroids or antidepressants
