Intervention1: Group A: 20 patients will be applied Guggulu-Apamarga Kshar Sutra as per Classical method. Route-Ano-rectal and Peri-anal region duration-according to length of fistula track. Control

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical signs and symptoms of all types of Bhagandara

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HIV, HCV and HBsAg positive patients. Secondary fistula due to Ulcerative colitis Crohnâ??s disease Tuberculosis Carcinoma of rectum
