Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Fasting blood sugar (FBS) =126 mg/dl-= 200mg/dl 2.Post Prandial blood sugar(PPBS)= 200 mg/dl-=300 mg /dl 3.HbA1c > 6.5 - =10% 4.Patients taking

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Fasting blood sugar (FBS) > 200mg/dl 2.Post Prandial blood sugar (PPBS) > 300mg/dl 3.Known cases of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with complications. 4.Pregnant & lactating Women. 5.History of any systemic illnesses 6.History of any other disorders of metabolism. 7.Patients who are on medication > 3 hypoglycemic drugs
