Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are having the following symptoms of bleeding piles confirmed by proctoscopy, fissure in ano, bleeding per anus, itching in the peri anal region

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: fistula in ano, external haemorrhoids, rectal cancer, diabetes mellitus, rectal poyp, pregnancy and lactation, hypertension

Primary

MeasureTime frame
proctoscopic examination- whether pile mass is reduced or not, improvement of clinical symptoms with questionnaire including reduction of bleeding during defecationTimepoint: 45 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
relieving of other clinical symptoms such as anemia, pruritis ani, constipationTimepoint: 45 days
