Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Malocclusion diagnosis : Angleâ??s Class I bidentoalveolar protrusion/Class II division 1; Treatment plan : extraction of maxillary first premolars required with maximum anchorage for en-masse retraction of anterior teeth. Normal growth pattern No active periodontal lesions Not under chronic medication like NSAIDs, steroids, bisphosphonates, etc., that alter bone metabolism. No Craniofacial anomalies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: H/O Systemic illness. H/O Previous orthodontic treatment Missing teeth except for third molars Presence of ankylosed teeth
