Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Bone height which is inadequate for standard length implant. 2. Patientâ??s cooperation, motivation and good oral hygiene. 3. No acute infection present. 4. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ongoing steroid therapy. 2. Non â??compensated diabetes mellitus. 3. Recent cardiovascular diseases. 4. Habits like smoking and parafunctional. 5. Presence of acute and chronic systemic disorders that can effect wound healing responses. 6. Traumatic occlusion 7. Pregnancy
