Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Collegiate basketball players BMI 18.5-24.9 (by WHO) Knowledge of English At least 2 years of playing experience Involved in sport specific training on at least 2 days per week Normal range of motion of upper and lower limb joints

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any lower extremity surgery in past 1 year or musculoskeletal disorders that would prohibit the subject to participate in sports Subjects who are taking performance enhancing drugs of any kind
