Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) all patients with diabetes age more than 30 years 2) on treatment for diabetes for more than 5 years 3) regularly attending the medical OPD or Diabetes clinic of LN hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients suffering from any cognitive or hearing impairment 2) patient already on treatment or diagnosed with a foot ulcer
