Inclusion criteria: Patients having the clinical symptoms of swasakasam patients who are willing to give information

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients below 11 years and above 60 years Patients who are not having the clinical symptoms of swasakasam patients who are not willing to give information patients with some co morbidities such as Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Hypo and Hyperthyroidism, Cardiac diseases, Renal diseases and other associated pulmonary infections
