Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1.Age between 18-30 years 2. Male college students. 3. Not engaged in more than 60 minutes/week moderate to vigorous physical exercise in last 2 months. 4. BMI 5. Goes to bed not later than 12 am on a routine day. 6. Working knowledge of English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1. Irregular sleep during the experimental protocol. 2. Any history of chest pain. 3. History of musculoskeletal injury in past 6 months. 4. Any history of cardiorespiratory problem like â?? hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, asthma, etc. 5. Any history of psychiatric condition like â?? depression, schizophrenia, anxiety disorder, etc. 6. Refuse to participate. 7. Substance abuse. 8. Any recent emotional trauma.
