Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anaesthesiologist(ASA) grade I&II presenting with PDPH who underwent surgery(both elective and emergency) under subarachnoid block

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of Migraine/chronic headache/psychiatric illness 2.Hemodynamic instability/preEclampsia/Eclampsia 3.Accidental dural puncture with Tuohy.s needle

To Compare and evaluate pain relief by VAS score in Post dural puncture headache by using sphenopalatine ganaglion block versus tablet pregabalinTimepoint: 6hourly till 72 hrs
