Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients of age between 20 to 80 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having history of Preperitoneal surgery done. Patient who are unfit for general anestheisa.

MeasureTime frame
To achieve laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair with least post operative pain and complications . Time taken for mesh fixation. Length of hospital stay .Timepoint: 3 days 1 week 2 week 1 month

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Time taken for discharge from the hospital. Least chances of recurrence.Timepoint: 1 week 2 week 1 month
