Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: we will include all adult patients with head injury between 18 to 65 years, of either gender undergoing surgery under general anesthesia over a period of 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We will exclude patients with maxillofacial injury, poor temporal acoustic window and non-consenting relatives
