Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children in the age group of 3-5 years 2. Good general health 3. Having 12 scorable facial and lingual surfaces 4. Written informed consents from the patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children having condition that could interfere with study participation. 2. Children requiring emergency dental treatment. 3. The participant who have used antibiotics within 2 weeks prior to the first study visit. 4. The participant who have received oral prophylaxis seven days prior to first study visit. 5. Parents with physical or intellectual disability.
