Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Open cardiac surgery (CABG, AVR, MVR, and adult ASD) 2) Elective cardiac surgery 3) Cardiac surgeries done from 01/11/2017 to 31/10/2018

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pediatric cardiac surgery (ASD, VSD, TOF, TGA, PDA ligation) 2) Emergency cardiac surgery (emergency CABG and MVR, VSR repair,) 3) Multiple comorbidities like sever renal, hepatic and CNS abnormalities (stroke, CKD stage 5 etc.)
