Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a.Patients of age group of 1-5years irrespective of gender. b.Children preenting with classical sign and symptom of kasa as described in charak samhita like kanthakandoo,kasavega daurbalaya etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a.Patients with known chronic respiratory disese like Tuberculosis,Asthma. b.Patient with known case of Pneumonia,Emphysema. c.Patients with knowns case of congenital heart disease. d.Known case of any chronic infection should be excluded eg.H.I.V
