Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patient posted for elective CABG

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Chronic Kidney Disease 2) Critical LMCA stenosis 3) Pulmonary artery hypertension 4) moderate to severe Mitral regurgitation 5) Recent Myocardial infarction 6) Ongoing chest pain 7) History of allergy to any drug 8) Pregnant patient 9) Patient with heart block
