Inclusion criteria: Group A : Subjects who have consumed milk and ghee in their diet regularly from last 5 years. Group B: Subjects who had not consumed milk and ghee regularly in their diet from last 5 years. Healthy And Unhealthy subjects both

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.severely ill patients. 2.Not willing to participate
