Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Powthiram patients who have undergone Karanool therapy at National Institute of Siddha. Patients who have completed the treatment. Having completed the data in the case record form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were lost in follow up Patients who are presently undergoing the above treatment.

To analyse the efficacy of karanool therapy. To analyse the Average unit cutting time. To analyse the Treatment response with respect to MRI fistula grading. Timepoint: 6 months—
