Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To study the correlation of Pleth variability index (PVI) and Perfusion index (PI) with the hypotension following subarachnoid block in patients undergoing Caesarean section .Timepoint: Patients will be assessed at the following time intervals Baseline Post induction After spinal anaesthesia every 3,5,10,20,25,30,35,50,55 mins continue till end of surgery.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcomes whether Pleth variability index (PVI) or Perfusion index (PI) is better indicator of hypotension.Timepoint: Patients will be assessed at the following time intervals Baseline Post induction After spinal anaesthesia every 3,5,10,20,25,30,35,50,55 mins continue till end of surgery.;To determine the need of vasopressors during hypotension . To study different parameters like heart rate, systolic blood pressure , diastolic blood pressure ,spo2, perfusion index, Pleth variability index during events.Timepoint: Patients will be assessed at the following time intervals Baseline Post induction After spinal anaesthesia every 3,5,10,20,25,30,35,50,55 mins continue till end of surgery.
