Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female university students within the age range of 18 to 28 years will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.any musculoskeletal injury 2.cognitive pathologies 3.history of previous head injuries 4.clinically diagnosed color blindness 5.Participants currently taking any medications affecting cognition and concentration and already using standing desk will not be eligible. Students lacking fluency in English will be excluded
