Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Working individuals aged between 44 years to 58 years Asymptomatic individuals
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Regular smokers Individuals diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases Individuals with nerological and musculoskeletal impairments who could not participate in physical activity. individuals on medications such as antibiotics, steroids etc Recent history of any systemic illness(in less than 6 months) Individuals who are physically active (more than 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise per week) Chronic low back pain
