Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age between 18 to 70 years classical sign and symptoms of Dushta vrna as mentioned postoperative wound with symptoms of Dushta Vrna Size of wound within 5cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age up to 18 to 70 year tubercular, leprotic , malignant wound HIV reactive , HbAs reactive Syphilitic ulcer , uncontrolled DM
